Registration is $70 and that covers all events, except for clinics.

Refund Policy

We, here at VMO understand plans change and life happens, VMO is happy to issue refunds when the winds of change blow full tilt.

Refunds for Icefest registration and clinics are as follows:
• full refunds are available up until 2 days before the event;
• between 2 days and 24 hours - 50% of registration and clinics;
• less than 24 hours' notice and day of cancellations: NO REFUND. Because all of us here at VMO love paperwork and mixing up schedules and creating general chaos, if we can find a replacement for your cancellation slot, we may give a full refund. You could always try to make a new friend and let them slide into your spot, that's good karma. But good karma is not always guaranteed.

If the ICE GODS don't deliver the goods for the main event, we will refund all clinics and come up with a new plan for those hardcore folks that feel the need swing axes. If the SNOW GODS get angry with the ICE GODS and close Thompson Pass because jealousy rears its ugly head and they don't work it out, the same main event refund policy applies.
